Commercial building with shops and a cafe
A commercial building with dining establishments, located on Slivnitsa Boulevard. To increase the retail space, the building has been elevated to provide access (descent or ascent) via separate staircases to both the semi-basement floor and the first above-ground floor. A curtain wall and maximum glazing of the facade areas facing the boulevard have been naturally incorporated.
